Situation
Existing community repos for Zendesk integration with Claude AI were incomplete, leaving gaps in the tools needed for daily support ticket operations at 37SOLUTIONS.
What I Did
Built a Python/FastMCP server connecting Claude AI to the Zendesk API, with tools for reading, searching, and writing tickets. Filled the gaps left by community repos and tailored the toolset to actual daily operational workflows.
Result
Enabled AI-assisted ticket management for daily 37SOLUTIONS operations, reducing manual Zendesk overhead and improving response time.
