Architected Schema Migration (Multi-Config → Single-Clinic)

Situation

The legacy "multi-config" pod/chair schema was creating data duplication and maintenance complexity that slowed development velocity and made the system harder to reason about as the clinic count grew.

What I Did

Designed and executed a strategic transition from the legacy multi-config architecture to a streamlined clinic-centric schema. Coordinated the migration in phases to avoid disrupting the live scheduling system serving active clinics.
